Volume Criteria - 3 Years or 36 months
- Seventy
Five (75%) Percent of Volume in a Third Party Specialization Area
(Office or Industrial) and 25% of Volume each 12 month period

- Completion
of Industrial: 101 & 103 or Office 102 & 103 within 2
